• Requests are reviewed and responded to Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (excluding holidays).

• Please allow 7 days for processing prior to your scheduled billing date to avoid additional charges.

Please note: the phone number used to receive the verification text must already be associated with your membership account.

If the phone number you’d like to use is not currently on file, please email customer@quickshineexpresswash.com with the following information so we can update your account:

  • Your windshield sticker number

  • The phone number you would like added to your membership
